Help desk
IT Help Desk Services for Small Businesses
Our IT help desk services put your staff in touch with a technician who can fix the problem, not a form that sends it to a queue.
Passwords, email, printers, slow computers, and Microsoft 365 questions, handled remotely when possible and on-site when not.
- Serving Los Angeles
- Business IT since 1998
- Remote first, on-site when needed
Everyday support
IT help desk services your staff will actually use
A help desk only helps if people call it. When the process is slow or confusing, staff work around problems, share passwords, or wait until something breaks badly. We keep it simple: call, text, or email, and a technician picks it up.
Because we keep notes on your office, the technician already knows your setup. Your staff do not have to explain the printer model or the name of your accounting software every time.
What the help desk handles
- Password resets and MFA prompts
- Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive problems
- Printer and scanner trouble
- Slow or crashing computers
- New software installs
- New hire and departing staff accounts

How a help desk request works
- You call, text, or emailTell us what is wrong. Screenshots help but are not required.
- A technician connectsWith your permission, we connect remotely and fix it while you watch.
- We write it downEvery fix goes into your office notes, so repeat problems get solved for good.
What good IT help desk services look like
Fast answers matter, but so does follow-through. A help desk that resets the same password every week is not fixing the real problem. We look for patterns: a printer that jams every few days, a laptop that fills up its disk, a mailbox that hits its limit. Then we fix the cause.
Security built into every call
Help desks are a target. Attackers call pretending to be an employee and ask for a password reset. We verify who is asking before we change any account, and we never ask staff to read us their password. CISA’s phishing guidance explains the tricks attackers use, and we coach staff on the same signs.
Requests we see most
- “I can’t log in” after an MFA change or a new phone
- “Outlook keeps asking for my password”
- “The printer says offline”
- “My computer is slow”
- “Can you set up the new person next week?”
- “Is this email real?”
Each of these has a quick fix and a lasting fix. The quick fix gets the person working again. The lasting fix, such as replacing a failing drive, cleaning up an old mailbox rule, or setting up self-service password reset, keeps the same call from coming back next week. Good IT help desk services do both.
Scheduling and coverage
Planned work such as upgrades is scheduled ahead of time, outside your busiest periods, so staff are not interrupted. Our IT help desk services can be your whole IT department as part of outsourced IT support, or an overflow line for your own IT staff through co-managed IT.
