Business Computer Repair and Onsite Support
When a computer breaks, an employee stops working. Business computer repair gets them back fast, remotely when we can and on-site when hands are needed.
We diagnose the problem, fix what is worth fixing, and set up a replacement when it is not.

Business computer repair built around uptime
A retail repair shop fixes the device. Business computer repair also protects the data, keeps the security settings in place, and gets the person working again, sometimes on a loaner while the repair happens.
Most problems are software: updates gone wrong, a full disk, a corrupted profile. Those we fix remotely. Hardware problems get an on-site visit or a warranty claim.
We handle
- Slow, freezing, or crashing computers
- Startup failures and blue screens
- Failed drives and data recovery attempts
- Screens, keyboards, and batteries via warranty
- Virus and malware cleanup
- Replacement setup and data transfer

- DiagnoseSoftware fix remotely, or a plan for the hardware.
- ResolveRepair, warranty claim, or replacement with your data moved.
Repair or replace?
A repair makes sense when the computer is under warranty or the fix is cheap. Replacement makes sense when the computer is old, out of warranty, or cannot run a supported operating system. Windows 10 reached end of support in October 2025, so many older PCs no longer get security updates without extra arrangements. Microsoft’s Windows 10 end of support page explains the options.
How we decide
- Age and warranty status
- Whether it can run a supported operating system
- Cost of the repair compared to a new machine
- How much downtime the user can afford
- Whether the problem has happened before
Protecting data during repair
Business computers hold client files, saved passwords, and email. We make sure data is backed up before any repair, and drives sent out for warranty service are handled carefully. When a drive is replaced, the old one is wiped or destroyed so client data never leaves your control.
Fewer repairs in the first place
Regular updates, disk health checks, and replacing computers on a schedule prevent most breakdowns. Under managed IT services, we see warning signs early and fix them before a computer fails in the middle of a deadline.
Laptops on the road
Laptops get dropped, lost, and left in cars. We keep them encrypted and backed up, so a lost laptop is a hardware cost, not a data breach. If a laptop breaks while someone is traveling, we can often get them working on another device with their files and email.
Loaners and spare machines
For offices where every person is billable, waiting days for a repair is expensive. We recommend keeping one prepared spare laptop. When a computer fails, the user signs in to the spare, their files sync from the cloud, and they keep working while we handle the repair or warranty claim. It is one of the simplest ways business computer repair turns a lost day into a lost hour.
We also keep a record of every repair, so a computer that keeps breaking is flagged for replacement instead of being fixed again and again.
