Google Workspace
Google Workspace Support for Businesses
Many offices run on Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet. Google Workspace support from us means the admin settings are secure, files are organized, and staff have someone to call.
We help you plan, set up, and manage Workspace, whether you are new to it or have used it for years.

The admin side
Google Workspace support beyond the basics
Google Workspace is easy to start, which is why many businesses never revisit the default settings. Over time, files end up in personal drives, former employees keep access, and links are shared with anyone who has them.
We review the admin console, tighten security, organize shared drives, and set up a simple process for new hires and departures.
Google Workspace support covers
- Admin console security review
- 2-Step Verification for every user
- Shared drives with clear permissions
- Email authentication with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Device management for phones and laptops

Common Google Workspace support issues we fix
Most Workspace problems are not outages. They are settings that no one has looked at since the account was created. A one-time review followed by regular checks catches nearly all of them.
- Files owned by a departed employee and about to be deleted
- Company documents shared publicly by link
- No 2-Step Verification on admin accounts
- Spoofed emails because DMARC is missing
- Staff using personal Gmail for business
- Too many super administrators
Shared drives instead of personal folders
Files in a person’s My Drive belong to that person. When they leave, the files can be lost. Shared drives belong to the business. We set up shared drives by team or client and move important files into them, with permissions that match who should see what.
Security settings that matter
Google publishes a security checklist for small businesses in its admin help center. We work through it with you, turn on 2-Step Verification enforcement, limit external sharing, and set alerts for risky activity. Security keys or passkeys for admins add another layer.
Backups for Workspace
Google keeps your data available, but deleted or overwritten files may only be recoverable for a limited time. A separate backup protects against mistakes, malicious deletes, and departing employees. We help choose and set up a backup that fits.
Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Both work well. The right choice depends on the software you use, your clients, and your team’s habits. If you are deciding, we will lay out the trade-offs honestly. If you are on Microsoft, see our Microsoft 365 services.
Support for staff
Staff can call or text with questions about calendars, shared inboxes, Meet, or syncing Drive to their computer. We fix it remotely and note the fix so the next person gets help even faster.
Onboarding and offboarding in Workspace
A new hire should get an account, the right groups, shared drives, and a phone set up for 2-Step Verification on day one. When someone leaves, their account is suspended, their files are transferred to a manager, and their email can be forwarded. We write that process down once so it happens the same way every time.
Google Workspace support FAQ
Can you take over our existing Workspace account?
Yes. We review it, document it, and add our admin access in a way you control.
Do you help move from Workspace to Microsoft 365, or the reverse?
Yes. Migrations are planned so email and files move with little downtime.
Does Workspace need a backup?
We recommend one. It protects against deletions, ransomware syncing, and lost access.
Can we use Workspace with Outlook?
Yes, with some setup. We help staff who prefer Outlook get it working.
