IT Support for Startups and Growing Teams
Early teams set up IT in a hurry, and it shows later. IT support for startups means doing the basics right from day one: accounts, devices, security, and onboarding that scale.
You focus on the product and customers. We handle the IT so it does not slow you down.

Day one
IT support for startups that grows with you
Founders often start with personal accounts, shared passwords, and whatever laptops people bring. That works for three people. At fifteen, it becomes a security problem and a mess to clean up. When investors or enterprise customers ask about security, it can delay a deal.
We set up a clean foundation early and keep it simple, so adding people is quick and you are ready for security questions.
The startup foundation
- Business email and file sharing
- MFA and a password manager for the team
- Company-owned, encrypted laptops
- Device management from the start
- Onboarding and offboarding checklists
- Backups for cloud data

How we work with startups
- Quick reviewWhat you have, who owns it, and what is at risk.
- Clean foundationAccounts, devices, and security set up properly.
- GrowSupport that scales with headcount.
The IT mistakes startups make most
- Critical accounts tied to a founder’s personal email
- Shared logins with no MFA
- Code, contracts, and customer data scattered across personal drives
- No way to recover a laptop when someone leaves
- Domain and DNS registered to a former contractor
Each one is easy to fix early and painful to fix later. We find them in a short review and fix them in order of risk.
Security without slowing down
Startups need to move fast, so security has to be easy. Single sign-on, a password manager, and MFA protect accounts without extra steps each day. Device management lets you ship a laptop to a new hire anywhere and have it set up when they turn it on. CISA’s cyber guidance for small businesses covers the same basics.
Ready for due diligence
Investors and large customers increasingly ask how you protect data. With a clean setup, you can answer with confidence: who has access, how devices are protected, how data is backed up. If customers ask for a SOC 2 report, the groundwork is already laid.
Flexible support
Some startups want us to run all of IT. Others have an engineer who handles some of it and want help with the rest. Both work. See co-managed IT services for shared models, or outsourced IT support if you want us to handle it all.
Planning ahead
As you grow, we help you budget for laptops, software licenses, and office moves, so IT spending is planned instead of a surprise. When you are ready for a first office, we plan the network and WiFi with WPA2 and WPA3 security, and set up everything before move-in day.
Owning your accounts
The domain name, cloud accounts, and admin logins should belong to the company, with at least two people able to reach them. We record where each account lives and who holds the keys, so a departing co-founder or contractor never takes your email or website with them.
